Antique 1915 silver stamp case. The pendant is engraved on the front and back of the case. The case was originally designed to store stamps however it would be perfect for a picture or momento similar to a locket. 

We think a miniature love letter would be incredibly romantic. The golden age of these little cases is said to be between 1890 and 1915. The Victorian designers made many different types and patterns.

The pendant has a number of marks indicating the piece was hallmarked in 1915 in Birmingham, England in 1915 by Crisford & Norris.
